Requirements for quality

1.Hardware accessories without scratches on the surface, coating firm, no fall off, rust.
2.The surface of the finished product has no repair more than 5mm, no obvious repair marks, no impurities, and the installation number corresponding to the installation manual;  Structural holes and grooves are not allowed to be covered by wood chips, dust and sundries. 
3.Installation instructions, product components, hardware accessories are complete and can be used normally, no wrong package, missing package.
4.The package is 1A package, not accepted to drop the box;  After packaging, shake the carton, the products in the box, hardware accessories package without displacement phenomenon;  The packaging of glass, mirror and other fragile products meets the shockproof requirements. 
5.Carton specifications meet the design requirements, the appearance of smooth, flat, no stains.  The carton marks are correct and clearly printed, and fragile products are clearly marked in the carton.  The certificate shall be filled in standard and neatly written. 
6.Sealing glue is smooth and firm.
7.The finished products should not be piled up above the safety height, and meet the requirements of moisture-proof.

1.The panel components have no hollow, cracking, collision (scratch) injury, edge and corner collapse, blistering, warp > 0.2mm and other phenomena;  Corners shall be removed Angle R1.5mm (no deformation, color leakage,);  No wood chips, dust and sundries in structural holes and grooves; 
2.The structure of the finished product is firm and the landing is smooth.  No glue mark, collapse, collision (scratch) injury, nail, and other phenomena.  3.For products with round or sculpted or wrought iron components, the round and sculpted or wrought iron parts should be symmetrical and consistent in shape. 
4.The built-in hardware should be installed with the flat depth tolerance of the board surface ≤0.5mm;  The sliding rail is installed flat and tightly pushed and pulled smoothly, and the tolerance between the upper and lower front and rear edges is less than or equal to 0.5mm. 
5.The surface of the finished product has no obvious scratch, scratch (bump) injury (allowable range is 2mm). 
6.The overall size of the finished product conforms to the requirements of the drawing (the tolerance is 3mm).
7.The overall structure of the product is firm, the landing is smooth, and the components are not loose when shaking.  The joints are tight without obvious gaps. 
8.Drawers and cabinet doors are pushed and pulled smoothly, with proper tightness and uniform gaps around them, and ≤2mm. 
9.Door of tap face, cupboard should be on same level face, wood grain is symmetrical harmonious, do not have abrading phenomenon. 
10.Mirror face, glass cabinet door cleanness does not have glue mark, glue or joint is tight, firm. 
11.Hardware, colloidal and wooden tenon position is correct, installation level, firm, no hammer mark. 
12.The slide rails slide smoothly.
